The outdated facilities are more than an eyesore!!! The flooring needs a complete replacement and common areas lack sufficient lighting at night!!! Additionally, broken amenities and old televisions really detract from comfort!!!

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. I remember when the staff kindly helped me with bug spray during my first stay. I always come back for another trip!

the room had a strange odor. though the kitchen area was well-equipped with new appliances. the breakfast selection was varied and delicious. also loved the spacious layout of the studio, making it easy to relax and work.

The stay included a comfortable room with a kitchen, which was ideal for family gatherings. Staff were attentive, especially in helping with additional luggage during a time of stress. However, the room lacked essential supplies like toilet paper and cleaning items. The breakfast selection was limited and not readily available at convenient hours, which was disappointing.

The two-bedroom suite suited my family of five perfectly. Lots of space made our stay comfortable. The nearby dining and shopping options were convenient. However, I faced some issues that could have been avoided. Even though we were registered for five guests in a suite with two bathrooms, there was no bedding for the pull-out sofa. They only provided three towels, which was frustrating. The kitchen had just two spoons and four forks, not enough for a family. In five days, we received only two packets of dishwasher soap — that didn’t go far. Plus, one bathroom had an empty built-in shampoo and conditioner dispenser, and I had to ask multiple times for it to be refilled. Running to the front desk for basic supplies took away from relaxing. Lastly, the nightly parking fee felt out of place. this is a suburban area where parking shouldn’t be an issue. Overall, while the suite worked for us, the attention to detail and proper supplies would have made a significant difference.

From the moment I arrived, I felt embraced by the atmosphere! Qaid at the front desk was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help me settle in. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful start to my day, especially with fresh pastries and coffee that made mornings bright!

The staff was really friendly and went out of their way to make breakfast enjoyable—shoutout to Mr Waymon! We loved hanging out at the scenic pond and exploring local attractions like the nearby shopping centers. The rooms were freshly renovated and had great amenities for our stay.

One downside was that the pool was unfortunately not working during our visit, which was a bummer since we were looking forward to relaxing there.
